	Dear Colleague, In the beginning of 1997, I sat down and looked at my life as a dentist and I was ready to get out of the profession. When in dental school I had created an illusion of the life style I'd have as a successful dentist, but now it was vague and a disappointment . My practice was plagued with staff problems, poor treatment acceptance, heavy DMO participation, and stalled growth.

Today my only problem is I'm expanding out of my current facility.
