| Highlights
of what is covered in the Introductory Successful Practice Management Seminar
video, in the words of the seminar speaker:
This technology, contained in twelve encyclopedia size volumes and numerous taped lectures, is currently in use in over 100,000 companies around the world. You will be exposed to the concept of the seven-division organizing board. When applied this concept will streamline the flow of your office and coordinate the efforts of your team. The keys to hiring effectively are discussed with emphasis on the The Emotional Tone Scale. This is a scale that when understood by you will prevent you from getting fooled in the interview and hiring the wrong person. This alone can save you hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars that usually go into training a new employee that then turns around and quits or changes into a source of trouble. Further, I cover bonus plans that actually work (i.e. motivate) and bonus plans in common use that result in paying your staff not to produce! Mr.-Nice-Guy management and how trying to be liked an be everything to everybody is a guarantee of high street, low net and eventual burn-out. This is discussed with reference to managing your staff and effectively getting full treatment acceptance (and payment!). The real source of this is finally revealed and a course of action suggested. Other management blind-spots are covered that con be a source of grief. Blind spots that you are completely unaware of. These areas, the ones you are unaware of, are the most dangerous. This is not a rah-rah seminar high that wears off in two weeks (one week for your staff!). A workable plan of action is outlined and proposed at the end of the video presentation. Take a small moment of time and watch this video. You'll be glad you did."
